Forms Dashboard
Find, retire, reactivate and bulk-edit links that have already been generated.
Opening the dashboard
The dashboard is a HighLevel Custom Page inside the sub-account, and you are signed in automatically from the HighLevel session – there is no separate JetSubmit login. It opens on Links and has three pages – Links, Change Log and Settings – switched from the tabs at the top. Links has a tab for each object that is live in the account, including objects with no links yet.
Finding links
On the Links page, each object tab lists that object's links. Each filter sits under the column it applies to, in the table heading: reference, link ID, exact record ID, status, submission, open state, security, and the created and expiry date ranges. Reference lists the references actually in use for that object rather than asking you to type one. Link ID from recipient matches the ID shown to a recipient whenever a link cannot be used, so a link can be found from whatever they quote back – a fragment of it is enough. Click a column heading to sort by it, and click the same heading again to reverse the direction; Opened offers first and last separately. Object / record and Status are not sortable – the record label is read live from HighLevel and the status is worked out from expiry and submission, so neither is something the link table can order by. Selecting all applies to every link matching the current filter, and individual links can then be excluded from that selection.
Each row shows the reference, the object and record, status, created and expiry timestamps, when it was opened, whether the link uses code verification, and which fields have been changed through it.
Retire and reactivate
Retire ends access to the selected links immediately, ahead of their configured expiry.
Reactivate 30 days restores retired or expired links for a further 30 days. The original URL keeps working, so an interrupted request can be resumed without generating and re-sending a replacement link.
Both actions are recorded in the Change Log.
Editing links in bulk
With links selected, the editor shows the first selected link's current settings on the left and the updates to apply on the right. Fields left untouched stay out of the update, so a bulk change can alter one setting without disturbing the rest. The following can be changed:
- Expiry, as a quick relative choice or an explicit date and time
- Hidden, Read-only and Required fields, using the same picker as the form itself
- File upload mode
- Redirect URL, restricted to HTTPS
- Logo URL and favicon URL
- Opportunity pipeline and stage, with stages loaded from the selected pipeline
- Rich-text Form Instructions, including bullet lists, numbered lists and links
- Reference
Hidden, Read-only and Required are populated from the first selected link so you can see what is currently set; they are only included in the update once you change them. A review step summarises the change before it is applied.
Links are updated individually rather than as a single transaction, so a failure on one link does not roll back the others. Completion refreshes the link details while preserving the current tab and filters.
Change Log
The Change Log page records every change made through the dashboard, including bulk updates and custom-domain changes.
Custom domain
Settings is where a sub-account adds its own domain for form links. Add opens a setup window holding the whole flow: enter the hostname, and the window shows the exact DNS records to create – record type, host and required value – each with a copy control. Verify DNS then checks them in place, keeping the window open while it waits and reporting progress from pending through certificate issuing to verified. Closing the window does not discard the hostname; Continue setup reopens it on the same records. Use a subdomain you control, such as forms.example.com – a root domain cannot be pointed at another service. Once verified, the page shows the hostname and its status only.
Newly generated links use the currently verified domain. When a verified domain is replaced, links already issued on the previous host keep working for a grace period rather than breaking immediately. Removing a domain manually detaches it straight away.
Agency overview
Opened at agency level, the dashboard shows a read-only table of every installed sub-account with its location ID and active-link count, including sub-accounts with none, plus an agency total. Agency-level access cannot reach a sub-account's settings, links, domains, change log or bulk updates.
